Franco Calafatti Responsabile per le relazioni internazionali della Nuova Europa

Franco Calafatti ha illustrato ed elogiato i “tesori della Sicilia” in occasione dell’incontro “Sicily Christmas Event” con i rappresentanti delle Compagnie alimentari della Polonia
Il “Sicily Christmas Event”, appuntamento “business mixer” celebrato nelle Fiere Internazionali di Poznan, ha visto protagonisti i prodotti siciliani di alta qualità illustrati e presentati nella serata.
Tra gli ospiti presenti c’erano esponenti rappresentativi della Provincia Regionale di Trapani, Compagnie ed Aziende associate al World Trade Center, importatori, operatori economici ed Aziende collegate al campo alimentare e della ristorazione.
L’obbiettivo degli organizzatori: consolidare e rinnovare proficui contatti e opportunità di lavoro.
“Il CESIT- Centro Studi Italiano per lo Sviluppo del Territorio, promuove i prodotti tradizionali italiani”, illustra Franco Calafatti, responsabile del comitato scientifico dell’organizzazione e organizzatore a nome della Provincia Regionale di Trapani dell’evento, “i prestigiosi prodotti tipici della Provincia che promuoviamo sono stati rigorosamente selezionati per la loro unicità, altissima qualità e per i valori organolettici”
Al “Sicily Christmas Event” tutti i partecipanti hanno avuto l’occasione di assaggiare gli squisiti prodotti tra cui pregiati vini siciliani, olive verdi, conserve e confetture biologiche.
A conclusione Franco Calafatti ha offerto a tutti i presenti uno speciale omaggio: sale marino purissimo, ricco di magnesio e di potassio, delle saline della riserva naturale della città di Marsala.
“Non solo è eccellente in cucina ma porta fortuna alla casa” afferma Franco Calafatti.

TREASURES OF SICILY


Franco Calafatti praised the “Treasures of Sicily” before the representatives of the Polish alimentary companies who came to “The Sicily Christmas Event”.
“This Sicily Christmas Event” was one of the meetings called Business Mixer. It took place at the International Trade Fairs terrain. High quality alimentary products coming from Sicily were presented during the evening. Among the present(/the guests) there were representatives of the Italian Trapani Province, the companies which are members of World Trade Center and also companies from the Polish alimentary branch.
The main objective of the organizers was to initiate interesting business contacts. “CESIT - Non-profit organization for territory development and “old-ways” products preservation, promotes the traditional Italian products “ says Franco Calafatti, the head (/chief) of the organization and the co-host of the meeting”.
“The prestigious products that we promote were chosen in recognition of their high quality and their uniqueness.”
At “The Sicily Christmas Event” all the invited had the opportunity to try the exquisite products among which we could find Sicilian wines, green olives, preserves and organic jams and marmalades. Franco Calafatti presented all the guests with a special gift – sea salt rich in magnesium and potassium which is extracted from the salt reserves in the town of Marsala”.
“Not only does it taste good , but also brings good luck to the household” says Franco Calafatti.

SKARBY SYCYLII


Franco Calafatti zachwalał zebranym na “Świątecznym Wieczorze Sycylijskim” przedstawicielom firm spożywczych „ skarby Sycylii”.
Spotkanie z cyklu Biznes Mixer, zatytułowane „Świąteczny Wieczór Sycylijski” odbyło się w ubiegłym tygodniu na terenie Międzynarodowych Targów Pozańskich. Podczas wieczoru zaprezentowano wysokiej jakości produkty spożywcze, pochodzące z Sycylii. Obecni byli przedstawiciele włoskiej Prowincji Trapani, firmy członkowskie WTC oraz polskie firmy branży spożywczej. Podstawowym celem organizatorów było zainicjowanie ciekawych kontaktów.

- Organizacja CESIT, czyli Włoskie Centrum Naukowe dla Rozwoju Terytorialnego, zajmuje się rozpowszechnianiem tradycyjnych produktów włoskich -mówi Franco Calafatti, szef organizacji i współgospodarz wieczoru.- Promujemy produkty prestiżowych przedsiębiorstw sycylijskich, wybranych ze względu na jakość i wyjątkowość produktu.

Goście „ Sycylijskiego Wieczoru” mogli skosztować wspaniałych wyrobów , m.in. sycylijskich win, zielonych oliwek, konserw i naturalnych konfitur. Franco Calafatti rozdał zebranym prezenty- sól morską bogatą w magnes i potas, wydobywaną ze złoży soli w miejscowości Marsala.
